ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN -
Med Surg Job Details: • 13-week assignment with ASAP start date •
Guaranteed 36 hours per week • 12-hour variable shifts • Every
other weekend and holiday rotation required • Must be willing to
float to multiple facilities: Aspirus Rhinelander, Howard Young,
and Eagle River • Floating can be prescheduled when needed • May be
placed on call during low census hours with call pay provided •
Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours •
Must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility • Required
certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA or ARC BLS, and ACLS •
Minimum 2 years medical surgical experience required • Associate
degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred •
During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all
times per facility policy • GSA not applicable during orientation
