Clinician Track) to providing high quality clinical care in order
to fill a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or

remaining effort will be dedicated to education and collaborative
research activities with the expectation of demonstrated
accomplishments consistent with promotion in the academic track (an

clinical effort predominantly will be at the University of

expertise, gradually developing a regional and then national
reputation. Faculty would participate actively in the relevant
multi-disciplinary programs. Clinical effort may be reduced with
participation in salary-supported activities (research, program
leadership, etc). Active participation in the Division's clinical
and research conferences, journal club and core curriculum lectures
and teaching of students, residents and fellows is expected.
