Occupational Therapist Location: Mauston, WI Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,992 to $2,186 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/26/2026 About the Position Job Title WI FT Occupational Therapist City/State: Mauston, Wisconsin Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm, no weekends, holiday rotation Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 06/26/2026 Job Description: The Occupational Therapist position treats injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities and helps these patients develop, recover, improve, as well as maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients in the acute care and nursing home settings. Also screen patients and attend meetings regarding patient progress. Documentation of evaluation, progress notes, daily notes, insurance, and discharge notes in patient's medical records. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective carryover of services for patient care. Outpatient evaluation and treatments. Perform other duties as requested. Requirements: Master of Occupational Therapy required. Doctorate preferred. National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and Wisconsin occupational therapy license and continuing education to maintain licensure. Must maintain a valid, current driver's license. BLS certification required. 1 years of related work experience required. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
