Details - Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population - Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview) - Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; specific coverage area to be discussed during interview - Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00) - On-call required approximately every 3rd to 4th weekend - EMR: HCHB experience required - OASIS experience required - iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone is not required Requirements - Current, active Occupational Therapist license required (license in hand required for consideration) - Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant home health OT experience - Current BLS certification required - HCHB EMR experience required - OASIS experience required - Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of the hub/office Additional Information - First-time travelers are welcome to apply - Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel pay rate - Timely documentation and communication are expected - Flexibility with territory coverage is required - Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate - Scrubs in any color are required; jeans are not permitted - 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration - All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration American Traveler Job ID P-690421.
