Job Description Job ID: 14160Practice Details - Seeking a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our practice in MN. - Join a team of 6 physicians (including this opportunity) and 3 advanced practice providers in the southwest Minnesota region. - On-site chemotherapy and radiation oncology services are provided by a dedicated support team including 2 Radiation Oncologists, nursing staff, clinical pharmacist, genetic counselor, psycho-oncologist, social services, and other support staff. - The practice includes a mix of medical oncology and hematology with access to on-site clinical trials. - The Division of Community Oncology has close collaborative relationships with all sites, in the Midwest as well as Arizona and Florida. - Opportunities also exist for practice, research and/or teaching - A typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 PM. - Call will be shared amongst the provider team and is assigned evenly throughout the year. - Potential outreach 1-2 days a week within the southwest MN region. - Expected patient contact hours per week is 32 hrs. - There are opportunities for clinical practice, research and/or teaching through IND123 Recruiter's Insight This opportunity is perfectly suited for the physician who desires an extraordinary opportunity to build your career narrative by working for one of the country's leading Hospitals and a name synonymous with excellence; The Mayo Clinics.
