PS Companies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel PS Companies is seeking an experienced Med Surg Tele RN for an opening based in Medford, WI. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position. Float Requirements: : Occasional need to float to other departments, but only to help out, will not take patient load. Completing items like vital checks, etc. May float to other Aspirus locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade Unit Overview: 20 bed unit, Typical census is 8-10. ICU and Med Surg are a shared unit - ICU has 3 beds. 25 bed critical access hospital.
