PS Companies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry
for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin. Job Description &

Date: 11/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12
hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel PS Companies is seeking an
experienced Med Surg Tele RN for an opening based in Medford, WI.
This is a full time 13 week travel contract position. Float
Requirements: : Occasional need to float to other departments, but
only to help out, will not take patient load. Completing items like
vital checks, etc. May float to other Aspirus locations such as
Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade Unit Overview: 20 bed unit,
Typical census is 8-10. ICU and Med Surg are a shared unit - ICU
has 3 beds. 25 bed critical access hospital. Nurse to patient ratio
ranges from 1:4-5 on Days/Evenings and 1:6-7 on Evenings/Nights
Requirements include, but are not limited to: WI or Compact RN
License 2 years Med Surg experience Tele experience ED/ICU
experience helpful Epic experience BLS (AHA) Certification Benefits
