Job Description Job Description Located in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire inside The Lismore Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton, Eau Claire Downtown Coffee (ECDC) is a warm and welcoming, comfortable place for locals and travelers alike. We’re searching for a Coffee Shop Barista who is passionate about people, service, and coffee. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food to recipe standards Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas Restock supplies Follow health, safety, and food-handling standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer issues Assist with opening or closing duties as needed Qualifications: Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Interest in coffee, latte art, or learning new skills About Company ECWI Hospitality locations are managed by GF Hotels and Resorts.
