FREQUENT: Physical - lifting/carrying to 25 lbs. - walking, reaching, standing, turning, grasping, - equipment operation: Equipment Operation - scanner, register, telephone, intercom, box cutter, coffee equipment Mental - judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math Environmental - exposure to hot liquids OCCASIONAL: Physical - lifting/carrying over 25 lbs., stooping, bending, squatting FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
