Job Description:

**Kelly Services** in partnership with our customer in Eau Claire is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant role. This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 2 months.
**Job Details:**
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $25-28/hr. based on skills and experience
**Job Duties:**
Assist the Human Resources team with HR related duties on a professional and confidential level, working closely with the HR Director on site. Responsibilities support the following functional areas: Benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, workers compensation and employment law compliance.
+ Conducting pre-employment screenings and setting up candidate interviews
+ Administration of LOA (STD, LTD, FMLA, etc.)
+ Manages employee absence and other employee data
+ Records and analyzes employee data including usage and turnover
+ Maintains training and development records for employees
+ Prepares reports for management as requested
+ Assists in preparing and conducting new employee orientation sessions
+ Maintains legally required records
+ Daily administrative tasks including answering phones, processing mail, ordering supplies, coordinating meals, ordering business cards, etc.)
**Job Requirements:**
+ Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience with ADP or an HRIS system would be preferred
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management is preferred
+ Ability to assist HR team with administrative duties
