Description:Desired Qualifications:3 years of telecom experience (prefer at least 2 years of foreman experience).Must have experience reading and following construction drawings and build plans build plans accurately.Must the ability to effectively manage a team of 3-5 people.Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 500'.Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that meets the company policy conditions.Must be able to pass and DOT physical, drug test and background check.This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F.75-90% overnight travel throughout the Midwest.Per diem is $150/night when you are 60+ miles from our shop in Shakopee (you may keep whatever per diem you do not spend).What you can count on:Excellent, competitive pay - $35-$42/hr - depending on prior experience and knowledge.401(k) with a company match (50% up to 6% of your paycheck).Health Insurance (multiple different plans which can be tailored to your personal situation).Health Savings Account/Health Reimbursement Account.Dental InsuranceVision Insurance Long-term and short-term disability options (all covered 100% by OWWC).Life Insurance (100% covered by OWWC).PTO (2 weeks/year, accrued after each paycheck)7 paid holidays (if it lands on a Saturday/Sunday you will get either the previous Friday or following Monday off).Referral program (up to $1,200 for every referral that you bring in.
