Job Description:

Overview: WAGE: $17 / hour Provide tech support and maintain IT systems, keeping the park's technology running smoothly. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to associates and guests. Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment. Assist with software and hardware installations. Monitor network performance and security. Document IT issues and resolutions accurately. Qualifications: Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and punctual Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
