We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Production Supervisor to oversee and drive our production operations during the first shift in our newly established food & beverage operations division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective and efficient processing of products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Supervise the production line, ensuring schedules are met and products comply with all quality standards. Train, guide, and evaluate new and existing staff on production practices and quality control standards. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to implement policies and procedures that increase productivity and ensure workplace safety. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. Initiate maintenance requests and follow-up on repairs. Assist in the development of new production processes for new products. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Proven ability to manage and mentor staff in a production environment. Strong understanding of production and operational standards in the food and beverage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food safety. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred. Food Handler’s Certificate. OSHA Safety Certification is an advantage.
