Our client, a leader in manufacturing and metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication of truck and trailer parts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Welder Location: Rice Lake, WI Pay Range: $19.78 - $23.03 per hour Shift: First shift, 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday work week, 3-day weekends What's the Job? Welding metal and steel components to precise specifications Assembling truck and trailer parts and frames Inspecting welds for quality and adherence to safety standards Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to meet production goals What's Needed? Relevant welding credentials or related experience Experience with welding metal/steel and fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable and punctual work ethic What's in it for me?
