The ideal candidates will be able to work independently and help us
foster a true team dynamic so we may provide the highest standard
of work for our long term clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform
physical labor on landscape maintenance/installation/removal work
(be able to lift over 50 lbs. on a regular basis). Operate and
maintain landscape tools/equipment safely and effectively Follow
industry regulations and best practices for safety on the job and
with equipment and vehicles Communicate with team members and
supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and
effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing
client inquiries and concerns if a lead isn't readily available
Able to work in all weather elements If needed, assist with general
lawn care duties, including mowing (previous experience preferred
but not necessary) Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience
in Hardscapes and/or Professional Landscaping (preferred) Knowledge
of landscaping tools, trends, and installation techniques Strong
attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (required)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong
communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer
service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
