Job Description Job Description Job Title: Dairy Production
Operator Shift: 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every
other weekend. $18/hr Position Summary The Operator is responsible
for cleaning production equipment using the Clean-In-Place (CIP)
system. This role helps ensure products are safe, high quality, and
meet production schedules. Key Responsibilities Operate the CIP
system based on production needs. Take apart and pre-clean
equipment before CIP cleaning. Connect pipes and equipment
correctly before starting the system. Follow sanitation procedures,
including chemical checks and inspections. Use proper
lock-out/tag-out safety procedures when cleaning equipment.
Manually clean equipment as assigned by a supervisor. Follow the
master sanitation schedule. Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year
of related experience preferred. Reliable, flexible, and efficient
worker. Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Able to
read and follow SOPs and GMPs. Good communication skills and
ability to work independently or in a team. Organized, adaptable,
and able to multitask. Physical Requirements Must be able to meet
the physical demands of the job, including standing, lifting, and
