40 hours/week, 11 AM - 7 PM with every other weekend
Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire provides the community
with a 44-bed, full-service hospital offering advanced care
including cardiovascular surgery, advanced spine surgery, 24/7
emergency medicine, critical care, inpatient/outpatient oncology
care, and more.
The Cook works under the general supervision of the Manager to
prepare individual servings and/or large quantities of regular and
special diet food items as requested for patients, cafeterias,
catered events and outreach programs. Prepares menu items following
production sheets and standardized recipes. Cleans and sanitizes
assigned work areas to maintain a clean workstation.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated
ability to read and write English language. Demonstrated ability to
complete basic arithmetic calculations. One year of experience in
food service and ServSafe certification awarded by American
Notational Standards Institute (ANSI) and Conference for Food
Protection (CFP) preferred.
