We have an opening for a full-time Front Office Supervisor.

The Front Office Supervisor will

+ supervise front desk staff

+ assign and instruct guest service agents in the details of work

+ use management skills to resolve guest concerns and relocations

+ handle emergencies

+ prepare daily scheduling of Front Desk

+ works closely with Assistant General Manager on day to day tasks

Prior hospitality experience required. Must be able to work flexible hours.
