The Opportunity: Hach is seeking an organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team full time. This is a remote, work-from-home position with daytime hours. What Will I Be Doing? Working remotely 40 hours per week, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned colleagues in the North America Sales Team. More specifically, you will be responsible for supporting approximately 12 different coworkers (in positions such as Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, etc.) in a defined territory/region. The support you can expect to provide your "internal customers" may include: 1) receiving incoming calls to help resolve issues/problems; 2) preparing/processing quotes; 3) prepping Purchase Orders; 4) assisting your Sales Rep coworker with legal review; and 5) updating/maintaining information in databases like Oracle and Salesforce. What Qualifications Do I Need? A High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of customer service/administrative experience in a "supporting" position. Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a "customer-centered" attitude. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; you are resilient, resourceful, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities. What Will Make Me Stand Out? You're a Team Player who is comfortable and confident working with Microsoft Office programs and navigating multiple computer systems at once - we especially want to hear from you if you have previous experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce! You're a go-getter and "lifelong learner" who is committed to continuous improvement and the best possible customer experience. You've completed training like "Crucial Conversations" and have experience utilizing those strategies in a customer-facing role. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
