Essential Job Functions: Wire, assemble, and build electrical custom control panels according to customer specifications (training provided). Assemble panels by reading and understanding work instructions and electronic assembly drawings. Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality. Inspect products to ensure all is to specifications. Assist with packaging. Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times. Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company. Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed. Be Willing to Learn, Grow, and Have Fun! Education, Experience, and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 - 2 years of working in manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong hand-eye coordination, vision and manual dexterity to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
