Job Description Bilingual Training Coordinator - Colby, WIReports To: HR ManagerReporta a: Gerente de Recursos HumanosGENERAL REQUIREMENTSWork cooperatively in a team environment to ensure safe, quality food production.Develop positive working relationships with personnel.Follow time and attendance guidelines in accordance with the employee handbook.Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual, English/SpanishExceptional organizational and time-management skills.Able to sit, stand and walk around for long periods at a time.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESRESPONSABILIDADES LABORALESPoint of Contact for employees to go to for helpAssist in scheduling, organizing and performing employee GMP training sessions.New hire orientation training.Manage new hires through their 60-day probation period.Expected to be out on the floor checking in with new hires and current employees as an extension of HR.Maintain annual food safety training content.Assist with translation of training materials (courses, work instructions and employee notices).Maintain the Alchemy training program.Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
