• Certification Details
• Nursing certifications must be valid and from AHA only where specified.
• Specific certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, NIH Stroke, CPI, State License Verification, and others as noted in the additional information.
  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position in CCU variable acuity 20 bed unit.
  • Candidate must be willing to care for ICU, IMC, and med surg patient at any given time.
  • Ratio guidelines ICU 1:1-3, IMC 1:4, med surg 1:5-6. Based on patient acuity this changes.
  • 13 weeks, 36 HPW. EOW, EOH, Call Requirement: only for low census or if picking up.
    • Job Requirements
    • REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS, NIH.
    • Preferred: Pediatric exp, PALS if Peds experience.
    • Float Requirements: for low census to task only for ED/UC or PACU. No patient assignment.
      • Schedule Information
      • 13 weeks contract, 36 hours per week.
      • Every other weekend (EOW), every other holiday (EOH).
      • Call requirement is only for low census or if picking up additional shifts.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • CCU variable acuity 20 bed unit.
        • Candidate expected to float as needed based on low census, with task only assignments for ED/UC or PACU.
