Job Description:

Respite provider(s) needed for a teen in or around the Eau Claire area! Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? Are you compassionate, reliable and have great communication skills? Are you honest, trustworthy, patient and a good role model? You would be helping a family live their best life! Hours/Desired Schedule:

• 2:45PM-5:30PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday
• Twice a week for a total of 6 hours per week
• Occasional overnight
  Pay:
  • $17.66 per hour
  • $256.00 per overnight Member's Special Interests Include:
    • Crafting
    • Swimming
    • Puzzles
    • YMCA
    • Dancing
    • Volleyball
    • Art Tasks:
      • Provide 1:1 after school care and/or occasional overnights
      • Mentorship
      • Emotional regulation practice
      • Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the teen Requirements:
        • Patient, caring and compassionate
        • Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
        • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation *Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
