      • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering or industrial technology or related technical discipline
      • Preferred 5 years of effective leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
      • May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills and Abilities
        • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
        • Must be organized, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
        • Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement driven change.
        • Demonstrated strong leadership, coaching, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
        • Preferred knowledge of lean principles (JIT, Cycle Time, Value Stream Map, A3, Zero Defects, PFEP, Cycle Time, etc.). -Environment
