Job Description:
Urgently HiringPay:From $28.00 per hour (base + shift diff)As a
Maintenance Technician, you will: Demonstrate Drylock Core Values:

and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyors
systems, pneumatic equipment, chillers, hot melt, automation,
balers, robot wrappers etc. Perform repairs on electrical or
electronic instruments as directed by the Maintenance Lead. Perform
preventative maintenance on all production equipment. Install
electrical wiring systems to handle required loads for various
pieces of equipment, installing proper safety devices and providing
necessary outlets and switches. Perform "basic" industrial
electrical troubleshooting. Install and wire industrial automation
line controls and integrate with existing network. Troubleshoot,
and repair robotic equipment. Conduct periodic tests or checks of
all electrical or electronic instruments. Identify and report
potential equipment and building problems.Maintenance Technicians
work three or four 12-hour shifts each week, rotating from days
(7am-7pm) to nights (7pm-7am) every 8 weeks.Maintenance Technician
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 2 years
consecutive employment with 1 employer 2-year Technical degree
preferred. Must have at least 2-year minimum experience in
production field. Basic industrial automation (PLC programming)
experience/training is a plus.Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities::
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have a good command of
the English language, both written and spoken Must be able to read
and interpret work documents Must have the ability to work in teams
Must have the ability to perform basic math Must have the ability
to adapt to frequent changes Strong troubleshooting skills in
pneumatics, electrical and mechanical equipment. Skill in
oral/interpersonal communications, pleasant and polite to all
co-workers and supervision. Ability to use shop equipment (lathe,
drill press, mill). Caring attitude, pride in your work and the
plant. Self-motivated and hard-working. High-energy and commitment
to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment. Good
record keeping for work orders, parts orders, inventory and
service/tenant follow-up. Has a "basic" understanding of PLCs and
controls. Be able to read mechanical tools as: caliper, micrometer,
etc. Be able to read blueprints and schematics is a. Be able to use
electrical instruments as: oscilloscope, megger, DMM, etc. Welding
and Auto-cad is a plus. Respects individuals, the organization,
occupational health and safety, authority, the community and the
team. Must be able to work rotating work schedule and overtime or
