Kelly is assisting our client; an organization in the non-profit sector in Eau Claire with a Material Handler role. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

• Regular day time schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm

  • Packaging, sorting, and preparing items for shipment
  • Selection of proper shipping partner, entry into shipping partner site, adhering shipping labels to packaging
  • Unloading, receiving and verification of incoming materials, moving into proper storage area
  • General warehouse duties, including order fulfillment, sorting, counting, and shelving responsibilities
  • Assisting with physical inventory, product set-up and preparation of materials
  • Processing and resolution of receiving and/or invoice inquiries
  • Operate forklift, as needed to load/unload truck and move products within the facility

    • 2+ years of experience in shipping & receiving role
    • Associate degree preferred
    • Detail oriented, able to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated and work well independently
    • Capable of performing physical work that includes standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs.
    • Computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Reader
