future together.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Maintenance & Repairs: Skillfully complete tasks listed
on repair orders, always within our dealership's guidelines.
- Diagnose Issues: Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and
equipment to inspect, diagnose, and verify guest concerns for
everything automotive, from air conditioning to engines.
- Prepare Estimates: Provide accurate time estimates for
additional repairs required, maintaining transparency and building
trust.
- Address Warranty Concerns: Carry out warranty repairs
flawlessly, adhering to manufacturer specifications and ensuring
every vehicle is in top-notch condition.
- Communicate Findings: Be the vital link between our clients and
service advisors, ensuring timely and accurate updates on vehicle

Together.Requirements:Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or
ASE certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair and
maintenance.Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical,
and electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience with using diagnostic tools, service equipment, and
repair manuals.Certifications:
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent
is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines,
transmissions, brakes, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturer-specific repair procedures and
guidelines.Physical Ability:
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including
lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools
effectively.Problem-Solving:
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and
accurately.Attention to Detail:
- High precision and attention to detail in all repair and
maintenance tasks.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer

- Ability to communicate effectively with service advisors and
guests.
- Proficient in documenting repair work and explaining technical
