and take pride in building long-term relationships with our fleet
clients. We're currently seeking a driven and knowledgeable
Commercial & Fleet Sales Representative to help grow and manage our
business customer base. Position Summary: The Commercial & Fleet
Sales Representative is responsible for developing relationships
with local businesses, municipalities, and fleet operators to
provide tailored vehicle solutions. This role involves outbound
prospecting, customer consultations, coordination with the Ford
Commercial Vehicle Center (CVC), and delivering top-tier client
service through the entire sales cycle and beyond. Key
Responsibilities: - Identify, contact, and build relationships with
business clients, government agencies, and fleet accounts. -
Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right
commercial vehicle options, upfits, and financing solutions. -
Prepare and present customized vehicle proposals and quotes. -
Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of leads through cold
calling, networking, business visits, and local events. - Serve as
a point of contact for fleet customers throughout the sales and
ownership lifecycle. - Stay up to date on Ford commercial vehicle
offerings, OEM incentives, government programs, and fleet
financing/leasing structures. - Work closely with service, parts,
and upfit partners to ensure seamless delivery and support. -
Maintain accurate CRM records, track follow-ups, and meet or exceed
monthly sales goals. Qualifications: - Prior automotive or B2B
sales experience preferred; fleet or commercial sales a strong
plus. - Strong communication, relationship-building, and
negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven, with the
ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid
driver’s license and clean driving record. - Basic proficiency with
CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of commercial
vehicles, work truck solutions, and fleet business needs is highly
desirable.
