Job Description Job Description Position Overview: The Early
Intervention Program Manager position oversees Housing Location,
Intake Coordinator and Rapid ReHousing Case Managers. This position
supervises approximately seven direct service staff. This position
is responsible for ensuring these initiatives are developed and
implemented in alignment with best practices and are compliant with
all contractual obligations. *Submitting a cover letter and resume

postion. Position Responsibilities: Provide supervision,
leadership, and support to the approximately seven staff providing
direct services to people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
Provide ongoing supervision and case consultation for staff.
Conduct regular team meetings that foster mutual support,
professional development, and quality service provision for the
team. Establish and maintain active working relationships with
community partners and funders. Represent Agate in meetings with
agencies, businesses, government, funders, and community partners.
Manage the financial resources of the initiatives within the
budget. Ensure quality file keeping and case documentation by
direct service staff. Oversee program reporting, ensuring that
programs are on track to meet contractual goals. Ensure that
services offered are compliant with Federal, State, and County
guidelines, and contract requirements. Respond to changing
community needs and incorporate best practices throughout the
programs. Ensure that the required evaluation systems are in place.
Must be able to attend home visits and apartment showings with
clients, including units that may only be accessible by climbing
stairs. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:
Experience managing programs and supervising staff. Ability to
develop and implement new programs. Ability to oversee several
program initiatives involving staff supervision, program
evaluation, contract compliance, and budget oversight. Ability to
instruct and lead staff with respect, clear communication,
expectations, and modeling. Ability to model and support staff in
establishing rapport quickly with people experiencing a crisis
through use of trauma informed care, client centered care, and
strengths-based approaches. A strong and comprehensive
understanding of the Coordinated Entry System in Hennepin County
and how each of the programs intersect with that system. Ability to
supervise staff that are supporting households in accessing and
maintaining housing. Ability to ensure staff are meeting
expectations regarding paperwork and documentation through
organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, the ability to
work efficiently and accurately, are knowledgeable and proficient
using technology and computers. Be able to accompany staff on home
visits, including to apartments that may only be accessible through
climbing stairs. Have experience with Microsoft Office products.
Have a valid Driver's License and access to a safe and reliable
vehicle. Benefits 6.15 hours of PTO accrued each pay period (4

Compensation: $68,000-$70,000 This position requires use of your
own personal vehicle and will require insurance liability coverage
of at least one hundred thousand dollars per person and three
hundred thousand dollars per occurrence and must have a valid
Driver's License and pass a driving record check.
