Keep Customers updated on the progress of their vehicle while it goes through the various stages of repair. Write estimates including labor and parts. Send inspection reports of any needed services to customers and go over those inspections to ensure the customer concerns are answered. Send estimates to the customer and go over the pricing and what each job entails. Answer incoming calls. Answer incoming text messages. Check CRM for appointments and follow up messages. Maintain set sales goals related to overall sales and profit. Maintain a clean and organized front counter area. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot. Assist Service Manager as necessary. Attend training as directed and required Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in handbook Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license issued in Minnesota. Capable of achieving and maintaining the Service Advisor ASE certification Able to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized. hc222106
