This position uniquely blends on-the-job training with professional development and direct mentorship from our seasoned drivers, providing all the tools necessary for you to obtain your Class A CDL and advance within the company. Safe operation of a commercial vehicle to transport goods to various customers. Loading and unloading of food and food-related products at customer sites using various lifting methods. Accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork, including logs, vehicle records, and delivery documentation. Follow company procedures for safety and compliance, including adherence to traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to ensure on-time delivery and feedback. Participate in receiving training and successfully pass evaluations necessary to achieve Class A CDL. Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining vehicles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to physically handle heavy objects and spend extended periods sitting. Navigational and route management ability. Strong time management and organization skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) through company-provided training.
