Job Description:

our Sales & Business Development team. This role is pivotal in
connecting businesses with the top-tier talent they need to thrive.
The ideal candidate will be adept at nurturing client
relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering
customized staffing solutions that drive client success. Whether
aiding startups or established companies, your efforts will fill
critical roles, fostering growth in various industries. Develop and
maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand
their staffing needs and business nuances. Craft tailored solutions
using Manpower’s comprehensive range of staffing services to meet
client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to
maximize profit while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client job
specifications are well understood and met. Monitor market trends
and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new client
acquisition and expansion into new markets. Prepare and deliver
presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and maintain a
pipeline of opportunities. Robust interpersonal and communication
skills with proven ability to establish and maintain relationships
Strong sales acumen and understanding of the Professional Services
industry Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent is preferred
Sales or Marketing Certifications are beneficial
